Founded by Professor Péter Balázs in 2005, the Center for EU Enlargement Studies at the Central European University celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2015. CENS researcher Annamária Kiss participated in the week-long ‘International Youth Meeting 2015. Solidarity for Peace Summer School’ held in Kraków and Dobczyce, Poland between 28 June - 7 July 2015. The summer school was organized by the Eastern Initiative Institute and the Jagiellonian University, and funded by the Polish Ministry of Defence.

Roundtables conclude the "Destination: Transparency" project

The final results of the "Destination: Transparency" project published in the report "Anti-Corruption in Moldova and Ukraine: A V4 Handbook of Best Practices" were presented at a series of roundtables organized by the Polish Institute of International Affairs in Brussels, Chisinau and Kyiv between July 2 and 9, 2015.

Discussing "Trends of Eastern Partnership" in Brussels

On April 14, Zsuzsanna Végh, research assistant of CENS, participated in the panel discussion "Eastern Partnership Trends before Riga" at the Premanent Representation of the Czech Republic in Brussels. The discussion evolved around the final results of the "Trends of Eastern Partnership" project led by the Association of International Affaires (AMO) which assessed the perceptions' of foreign policy elites from the V4 and EaP countries concerning the results and future prospects of the EU's Eastern Partnership policy.
