Łukasz Janulewicz is a researcher at the Center for European Neighbourhod Studies. His research focusses on Visegrad cooperation, the foreign and development polices of the Visegrad countries and the European Union's relations with its Eastern neighborhood.
He has completed his PhD thesis on the Polish foreign aid programme at the University of Kent and holds a Magister degree in Political Science from the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich.
He joined CENS in April 2017. Previously, he worked as an Associate Lecturer at the University of Kent, as a Sessional Lecturer at Canterbury Christ Church University and as a Researcher for a Member of the Bavarian Landtag.
