On 27 June 2011 the Center for EU Enlargement Studies (CENS) organized a seminar entitled “Achievements of the first Hungarian EU Council Presidency” where Péter Balázs, director of CENS and former Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs assessed the six-month term of the Hungarian Council Presidency.
