About the event: The half-day panel discussion will explore Hungary’s role in the development of the Western Balkans on their path to accession; the first session will present the progress brought about through the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) of the European Commission. During the second session the discussion will focus on the current status of the Enlargement Debate in Hungary, particularly reviewing the positive impact that enlargement of the European Union has contributed to Hungary and Europe as a whole.
