The Eastern Partnership provides an enhanced cooperation with EaP-countries,increased funding and a new institutional framework. However, the added value of this initiative, the effectiveness of the new policies and the receptivity in the target countries are still to be seen.The panel aims to trigger an open, expertal discussion on possible Visegrad contribution to the newly launched EU Eastern Partnership.
