This roundtable discussion will look at an interesting angle on EU enlargement towards the Balkans. Away from traditional political and economic arguments made, the presenters will look at EU integration from a cultural-artistic perspective and will discuss in how far co-operation between Balkan and EU countries affects the process of EU enlargement towards this region.
