During his lecture "Structural Funds, National Development Plan, and Regional Operational Program in Romania",  István Csutak the State Secretary of the Ministry of European Integration, of Romania will speak about the implementation and developments that will follow Romania's eligibility for structural and cohesion funds of €19 billion Euros after its accession to the European Union in 2007.
